Product Refunds / Returns
It is our mission to provide you with the highest-quality of skin and body care products with your services. In the event you purchase any of our spa products for home use and find them to be defective, we will exchange any products within 14 days of purchase, provided a receipt is presented. Defective means a manufacturing defect such as the bottle was only half filled up or it smelled rotten or it changed color in the container.
This allows us to return this to the company that makes it for our refund.
There are no cash refunds for returned products. Instead a spa credit will be provided for any returned products to be used on any other products or spa services available here. There are no refunds for simply not liking the product or simply changing your mind unless the package has not been opened at all. Spa services are not refundable with cash.
SPA Services / Treatments Refund Policy
If for any reason, you are not satisfied with the services you received, please notify us immediately while still on the premises where possible.
Where problems or side effects such as undue redness or itching or swelling arise afterwards, they usually arise within the first few days of treatment. Pls inform us as soon as issues arise and certainly within 14 days of these issues first appearing. Where possible, photos of said problems should be taken so we can review it.
We will ask that you come in to be seen and the issues reviewed and remedied either with another treatment recommended by the physician or other appropriate treatment that may include medications or referral to another physician if the concerns are more serious.
Packaged / Bundled Services
Services are often bought in packages or bundles of 2 or more and paid for ahead. These services are refundable back to the method of payment if a refund is requested immediately or within 48 working hours if treatment has not already started and client changes their mind.
Where treatment has already commenced, for example one treatment in a package of 3 has already been performed, these partially used packages are not refundable with cash. In the event that a service has been paid for as part of a package but not yet used past the 48 hrs or partially used but the client no longer wishes to receive that particular service, another service or products will be made available to the client to chose from to the exact amount remaining on the account.
